GTI (Gifted & Talented Institute) provides incredible learning adventures for students entering grades 1-8 in the fall of 2018.
There's something for everyone: World of Clay, Intro to French, Urban Wilderness, Tech Trek, Rolling with Sphero, Tinkercad, Snapshot Nature, CSI, SciGirls and SciKids (you've seen them on PBS) and Chef Camp are just a few of the classes kids can enjoy.
GTI offers five weeks of programming taking place from 9 am-12 pm, 1-4 pm or some classes are full day. Free lunch and supervision is available for students participating in a full day of classes.
Sessions 1 and 2 (June 18-22 and June 25-29) will take place at Eagle Ridge Middle School. Sessions 3-5 (July 9-13, July 16-20, July 23-27) will be held at Gideon Pond Elementary.
All identified students and
those who demonstrate a high interest or talent in course content are welcome to participate. Registration is open to students from any school district. GTI is offered in partnership with ISD 194, ISD 196, ISD 192, and ISD 719.
