We're happy to welcome LaBlast Dance Fitness with Naseema Omer. Naseema is not new to group fitness instruction, but she is new to LaBlast. The attraction to LaBlast for Naseema over other dance fitness workouts, is the incorporation of movements from ballroom dances. Naseema is a ballroom dancer and is looking forward to sharing her passion and the fun of ballroom with you. The heart-pumping, smile inducing routines of LaBlast teach true ballroom skills. Learn Salsa, Rumba, Lindy Hop, Jive and more, and no partner necessary! Progessive routines will have you moving confidently through each sequence before adding the next one.
Twist to tone your olbiques, jive kick to work those lower abs, add weights if you'd like. There's a lot of flexibility making LaBlast approachable and effective for all fitness levels.
