 Pop Up Classes
Pop Up Classes give you a chance to meet the instructor and see if the class is a good fit for you. 

Pop Up  POUND + Cardio Drumming - January 8, 5-5:45 pm, Studio B at Diamondhead.
A whole body workout that will also relieve stress and lift your mood. Drum sticks and core balls act as tools and props as you mix fun music and moves to raise your heart rate. All equipment provided. Felicia Jamerson is a certified POUND Workout instructor and Health and Wellness coach. Come give it a try and then register for class beginning January 15. 

XaBeat Dance Fitness meets on Mondays 7-8 pm in Studio B at Diamondhead. The first night of each class is free and open for new students. XaBeat routines are simple and easy to follow, and provide a great cardio workout. No dance experience required. Next class begins January 7. Instructor Julie Casperson's passion for dance is contagious. She's a registered XaBeat instructor and is trained to teach basic dance skills and is a great motivator!
