Aqua Exercise

Water aerobics is beneficial for many reasons. First, it's low-impact. Second, it's an activity that focuses on range of motion and strength building. Third, it's cardiovascular exercise that can assist with weight control. No swimming skills necessary, pool depth does not exceed 5 feet. Classes are held at Nicollet Jr. High.
