To reduce the spread of COVID-19, the CDC recommends that people wear face coverings in public settings when around people outside their household. All visitors to District 191 facilities are required to wear a mask.
In certain circumstances, a face shield may be an alternative for people who cannot wear masks due to medical or other conditions. A face shield is an option when articulation, visibility of facial expressions and lip movements for speech perception is necessary.  If needed, the District will provide masks for visitor use.
